Let explain to you how it works to put together a multimedia team. There are many roles in a Team you have to consider, they are all required for the machine to function, for the gears to turn. Never forget this when you are organizing a team. You need to have a leader for ever individual role for your company, other wise, you will be unsuccessful in any of your business en devours.

Creative Director

Creative directors are the creative leads at advertising and marketing companies, working with designers, artists, copywriters, sales teams and marketers to create a vision for products sold. Creative directors plan advertising, oversee the creative process and give guidance to the creative people that work under them.”

Project Manager

Responsible for the organization planning and locating resources, they set budget, and make sure the idea is executed successfully, including Software and app development.

Content Editors

Videographers

Audio Engineers

Responsible for all the sound and voice recording and sound creating. Makes sure that its all balanced/mixed. Basically with this guy your project would not be as alive as it would be with audio.

How do they work together?

Well basically, the videographer and the audio engineer would work perfectly together, combination of what you see in the video and what the engineer does to make it stand out will be perfect. The content manager edit it to make sure everything looks and sounds good together. Planner has a perfect guideline for the whole team to go off of, and creative director basically made the whole idea and tells everyone what his vision is about this project since he knows what he wants. He also advertises the project for the audience. These are all important to multimedia because it brings life to a project. I guess a normal director would be important too.
